In our Asset Sales Officer role, youll be responsible for providing a service in relation to all Asset Sales, including sales of our Affordable Homeownership Portfolio, our extensive leasehold portfolio, Leasehold for the Elderly Portfolio and owner occupier properties.
Salary: Up to £36,900 per year
Contract: Permanent
Your week: 36.25 hours p/week (9am 5.15pm Monday to Friday, with 1-hour lunch)
Snapshot of your role
This is what your day will look like as our Asset Sales Officer:
- Play a key role in the team delivering Asset Sales, ensuring that sales are processed in line with company Policy and Regulator and statutory requirements.
- Manage sales on our CRM ensuring all sales information is accurate and up to date to support the Management Team in the preparation of monthly sales projections and statistics and the reporting on performance.
- Assess and provide advice to prospective purchasers to ensure they meet the qualifying criteria in accordance with the terms of either the Lease or Homes England requirements as specified within the Capital Funding Guide.
- Progress applications and the handling of all correspondence from acceptance through to completion.
- Ensure sales are delivered in accordance with the relevant Section 106 requirements and the verification of legal documentation including Leases and Agreements prior to issuing for signing and sealing.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly sales projections and statistics and the reporting on progress and performance.

To thrive in our Asset Sales Officer role, youll need:
- Excellent knowledge of all Affordable Home Ownership and Rental initiatives and Regulator requirements detailed within the Capital Funding Guide and their related sales and rental procedures.
- A proven track record of delivering sales income against set targets and the ability to provide accurate sales reports against KPI indicators.
- To possess a sound knowledge of selling and marketing residential properties.
- Knowledge of the legal processes related to property sales.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Please note that having a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role to visit our customers.
