Clarke Heavey Stonemasonry are a leading stone manufacturer and installer in the UK, providing customers with high quality stone products and services for both interior and exterior project. Due to increased demand and company growth we have an opportunity to add an additional Banker and Fixer Mason to join our team.
Successful candidates should be able to:
  • Understand technical drawings
  • Be accurate with dimensions.
  • Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
  • Complete basic banker skills (spin stone / blend mouldings in situ / cut straight)
  • Good trowel skills
  • Excellent understanding of traditional materials (limes / repair mortars etc)
  • Have good coordination and an eye for detail to ensure quality high standards.

Essential for Banker Mason candidates:
  • Produce complex articles in stone
  • Can work mouldings by hand to a high degree of precision
Preferred Skills:
The candidate would ideally have a minimum of 5 years experience; however, additional training can be provided to a candidate with the correct aptitude to work, if you have experience – we want to hear from you.
