With a focus on slick UX, global reach, and high user incentives, we’re building the next generation of rewarded apps — and we’re just getting started. At Prime Insights, we’re building one of the most powerful app ecosystems in the survey and reward space and we’re looking for a Senior SEM Manager to join our performance team.

What we’re looking for:

Your profile:

  • 4 years of hands-on SEM experience
  • Proven results driving paid search growth for subscription-based mobile apps
  • Strong understanding of cohorted ROAS, CAC vs LTV, and performance optimization
  • Experience running campaigns in languages other than English; fluency in French, German, or Spanish is a strong plus
  • Experience with global campaigns across Tier 1 markets
  • Comfortable with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and ideally SQL
  • Bonus: Experience with landing page optimization / CRO

  • Fast-moving environment with ownership and no red tape
  • Growth budget, competitive pay, and opportunity to scale with us
