We’re seeking a senior marketer to shape QXi’s brand narrative and execute high-impact campaigns and events. You’ll own content strategy, regional campaigns, and lead generation initiatives. Think of this role as the strategic brain enabling our growth and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Campaign Leadership: Design and implement multi-channel campaigns - including ABM, thought leadership, webinars, events and digital to build brand equity and drive demand.
  • Content & Brand Consistency: Lead development of thought leadership content (blogs, articles, white papers), ensuring consistent messaging and tone across our brands.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip sales and consultants with compelling collateral (decks, case studies, one-pagers, microsites).
  • Data-Driven ROI: Track campaign performance; web traffic, MQLs, attribution, conversions and make recommendations to improve impact.
  • Leadership: Collaborate with sales, leadership and external partners to ensure alignment of Marketing strategy and delivery.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Own and allocate the marketing budget in line with strategic deliverables, ensuring optimal ROI across all initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years in marketing with a minimum of 3 years in a B2B or recruitment marketing role
  • Proven campaign and strategy experience
  • Skilled in HubSpot and familiarity with AI marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of GA4, SEO, SEM and analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Team management or mentorship experience preferred
  • Confident using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Bullhorn etc.)
