What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver complex valuation engagements across a range of contexts: transactions, disputes, restructuring, and fund portfolio reviews.
- Build robust valuation models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions, options pricing) and produce insightful financial analysis.
- Drive research into market trends, sectors, and benchmarks to support accurate conclusions.
- Draft clear, commercially focused valuation reports and client communications.
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to understand their objectives and guide strategic outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior team members in both technical and soft skill development.
- Contribute to business development efforts, especially in the growing SME and small-cap advisory space.

What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ valuations or related experience (4+ years considered for outstanding candidates).
- ACA qualified (min. 2 years PQE preferred) or CFA charter-holder.
- Strong background in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Deal Advisory, or Restructuring.
- Expertise in valuation methodologies including DCF, comparable companies, Black-Scholes, and Monte Carlo.
- Advanced financial modelling skills and sharp analytical thinking.
