We’re an internal creative team supporting a wide range of agencies across the dentsu network, and we’re looking for a talented Junior Video Producer to join our growing team of enthusiastic, multi-skilled creatives. We’re looking for someone with strong creative flair and a portfolio or showreel that demonstrates outstanding video production and editing skills. Whether you’re a recent graduate with impressive work or stepping into your second role, you’ll be eager to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.

As a Junior Video Producer, you will be working across a variety of projects, including new business pitches, events, social content, internal and external marketing campaigns, and occasional client-facing work. Tight deadlines are part of the mix, so we’re looking for someone who’s proactive, organised, and a great communicator with a can-do attitude. This role offers the chance to work directly with senior creatives, producing visual content for dentsu UK Operating Companies. You’ll gain exposure to a broad spectrum of creative output, with plenty of opportunities to develop and expand your video skills across platforms.

Job Description:

  • Provide creative assistance for New Business Pitches
  • Work alongside Head of Video and videographers to create bespoke videos to support client teams
  • Filming interviews, b-roll for sizzle reels, presentations and events
  • Edit and deliver high quality video content
  • Able to produce, edit and create motion graphics
  • Design and creation of storyboards
  • Organising digital files from a shoot, cutting and editing the files to put together the sequence of a film
  • Editing footage, colour correcting, grading and colouring
  • Inputting music, voice-overs, graphics and effects
  • Working closely with Head of Video and Video Producer from production to post-production process

Skills and Experience:

  • Good knowledge of Premiere/Final Cut and After Effects
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating these skills
  • Enthusiasm and passion for video
  • Photography skills desirable
  • Knowledge and skills using Canon C70 and Canon R6, video lighting, audio mics, Canon lenses, gimbals
