Your responsibilities will include: Assessing Mental Health Needs: Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand patients' mental health conditions, ensuring tailored care plans are in place. Medication Administration: Deliver prescribed medications at scheduled times, ensuring compliance and addressing any related concerns or side effects. Building Trusting Relationships: Engage in meaningful conversations with patients, offering support and empathy to help them navigate their mental health challenges. Crisis Management: Provide immediate intervention during mental health crises, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the safety and well-being of the individual and others.
