YF are incredibly excited to be partnering with a fast-growing, founder-led food brand that’s on a mission to bring ancient grains to modern tables - while driving real impact across global farming communities. They are looking for a Marketing & Brand Lead to join their UK team - the brand’s first in-house marketing hire. This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice and growth of a business that blends nutrition, storytelling, and cultural heritage.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building brand messaging and campaigns that resonate with both health-conscious consumers and culturally curious audiences
  • Leading creative direction across content, packaging, PR, and digital
  • Driving DTC performance across Shopify, Amazon, Klaviyo & Meta
  • Partnering with influencers and activating brand presence at key events
  • Bringing a rich, global origin story to life through authentic storytelling
