North Scout are working with a fast-growing cloud-based software company that’s already partnering with some of the biggest tech names globally. They’re building smart, powerful products – and they need someone who can communicate the value of those products to a technical audience with clarity and credibility.

They are hiring a Technical Content Writer – someone who can dive deep into complex technical concepts and turn them into sharp, useful content that helps developers and technical teams really understand the product.

What the role looks like:

  • You’ll be the go-to person for technical content – producing materials that help explain how the product works, how to get the most from it, and how it fits into wider enterprise systems. Think documentation, integration guides, solution briefs, technical blog posts, and internal knowledge articles.
  • You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to understand the detail – then turn that into content that educates and enables.

The kind of work you’ll be doing:

  • Writing high-quality, developer-focused content: docs, guides, API overviews, how-to articles, and blogs
  • Explaining complex product features, infrastructure, and integrations in a clear and confident way
  • Supporting go-to-market activity with technical documentation and solution overviews
  • Creating internal and external content that helps both customers and colleagues understand how things work
  • Collaborating with Engineering, Product, Sales and Marketing to keep content accurate and aligned

What they’re looking for:

  • Strong technical knowledge – you’ve either worked in a technical role or written content for one (e.g. dev tools, APIs, cloud platforms, etc.)
  • Experience writing technical documentation and content for SaaS or cloud-based products
  • Able to take ownership of a content pipeline – spotting gaps and filling them proactively
  • Great communicator who’s comfortable working directly with engineers and product managers
  • Someone with a real interest in tech and how things work under the hood

What’s on offer:

  • Salary up to £60,000
  • Stock options
  • Fully remote (UK-based)
  • Growing company with real momentum, strong leadership and global clients
  • A genuinely influential role – your work will shape how users engage with the product
  • This is an urgent hire – interviews are happening now and they’re ready to move quickly.
