Our Client, a museum located near Canary Wharf, requires a temp Facilities Manager up to the end of September 2025. The Facilities Manager will manage FM contractors delivering hard and soft FM services such as cleaning, security, and maintenance. You will ensure that contractors are performing to the agreed levels and that the building is safe and compliant with HSE legislation. You will also be involved in the project management of renovations and upgrades.
A great opportunity for an Assistant FM to step up or an experienced FM to gain exposure to the Museum sector. An hourly rate of £19.61 is offered with a 37.5 hour week. Some overtime is available.
