The individual in this role will be responsible for leading the Local Authority Change Partnership Programme. This includes leading the implementation of the Local Authority project plan and maintaining regular liaison and reporting with the Department for Education (DfE). In addition, the postholder will provide strategic leadership to the SEND operational team, driving the development and enhancement of strategic SEND practice across the Local Authority. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective change management and continuous improvement within the SEND service.
