Catch 22 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Estate Manager on behalf of a respected property management provider for a 2-month temporary contract. Based on a large residential development in Salford, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of over 1,000 apartments across multiple blocks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing on-site staff and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
- Leading service charge budgeting
- Acting as the primary point of contact for residents, leaseholders, and external stakeholders
- Coordinating both planned and reactive maintenance
- Overseeing procurement
- Supporting community engagement
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, strong leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of building and estate management operations. An IOSH Managing Safely qualification is preferred.
Role Details:
- Temporary contract - 2 months until September 2025
- Immediate start required
- Around £170 per day (approx. £45,000 per annum pro-rata)
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
- Fully on-site, with parking options available
