Here at Lucid we have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator, based in Nottingham on a temp to perm basis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process consumables, hardware, and software orders through the system, from initial request to final invoicing.
  • Handle inbound communications, including telephone calls & emails.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure prompt and effective resolution of queries, including those related to ETAs, invoicing & deliveries.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports in response to requests from the Sales Team and customers.

Experience required:

  • Experience of Microsoft Office Suite with strong competency in Excel.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Experience of working under pressure.
  • Experience of working in a team environment with shared goals.
  • Strong communication and ability to influence.
  • Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach.
