We have an amazing opportunity for a German Speaking Recruiter to join our team in our UK office

What you\’ll do:

  • Qualifying candidates and matching them to suitable job opportunities, this will also include negotiating contract rates and overcoming objections.
  • Working with their Delivery Manager / Team Leader to prioritise which assignments to focus on, liaising with our business winning team with regards to assignment specifics and their requirements.
  • Undertake searches on the company\’s database, external job boards and utilise social media to headhunt candidates. Target both the active and passive markets to contact suitable candidates to discuss contract opportunities.
  • Part of this role is to ensure all data and candidates records are up to date on our company\’s CRM system (Bullhorn) including obtaining recent CV\’s.

What you\’ll need:

  • The confidence and be comfortable cold calling candidates and be an effective communicator.
  • A sense of urgency to match candidates to all relevant job opportunities.
  • The natural ability to build relationships and rapport with a range of different people and personalities.
  • They are target driven, will go above and beyond to hit their objectives and be willing to contact candidates outside of core working hours.
  • Their competitive nature to beat internal and external competition.
