We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our Volkswagen Dealership in Nuneaton. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 as well as working Saturdays on a rota basis. Excellent Basic Salary with an OTE of up to £31,000 plus benefits.
A Parts Advisor is a key role interacting with all areas of the business including sales, service and our customers. You will be directly involved in supplying VW parts to the general public, trade customers and our own workshops. This role would perfectly suit a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service for one of the world's leading car brands. Role and Responsibilities:- The work is diverse, and you'll be working both behind the scenes receiving deliveries and at the front desk serving our customers.
- You will be responsible for pre-picking parts for the workshop job cards, picking parts for customer orders and checking availability of stock from various enquiries.
- Through in-bound and out-bound telephone enquiries, walk-in customers, and internet enquiries you will be developing customer relationships.
