What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing, setting up, and operating audio, video, lighting, and staging equipment for live events
- Supporting the technical delivery of events on-site - ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Loading, unloading, and checking kit pre- and post-event
- Liaising with clients, producers, and internal teams to meet event requirements
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving on the fly to keep events running at a high standard
- Maintaining and caring for equipment - ensuring it’s in top working condition
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in live events AV - ideally across corporate and/or creative events
- Hands-on skills with sound desks, projectors, LED screens, microphones, lighting rigs, and video playback systems
- A great communicator who stays calm under pressure
- Strong organisational skills and a good level of technical troubleshooting
- A full UK driving licence (preferable) and willingness to travel as required
