The predicted salary is between 54000 - 84000 £ per year.
The Data Analytics and Management is a critical role as part of the overall Data Strategy for SMBC and key to supporting the implementation and adoption of the Data Analytics and Management system across the business. This role will help to develop and mature master data management capabilities across our company globally.
The focus of this role will be to build out the Data Analytics and Management Delivery Model, establish the corresponding Maintenance and Support Model for PRDM, and establish a high-performing Data Analytics and Management Delivery capability.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a data management team and establishing organizational capability in Master Data Management (MDM) (people, process, and technology factors). They will leverage their knowledge and expertise to support establishing the new delivery and support models within SMBC and help to drive the transformation of data management practices across the organization.
The candidate must be willing to challenge the status quo in an empathetic manner, while helping the wider Data Office to have an ethos of openness and transparency that will help us nurture real business innovation.
