About the Roles
We are currently working with a well-established, design-led architectural practice based in Central London, known for its expertise in delivering technically complex, high-profile projects across the aviation, transportation, education, life sciences, and infrastructure sectors. Following a strong pipeline of upcoming projects—particularly in aviation and large-scale public sector design—the studio is expanding its London team and actively seeking talented individuals across multiple levels, including:
- Architectural Assistant (Part II and III)
- Project Architect
- Senior Architect
- BIM Technician
- BIM Coordinator
These are full-time, permanent & hourly based roles in the studio's central London office, operating under a flexible hybrid working policy (minimum two days in-office).
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from candidates who are:
- Experienced in complex, large-scale projects in sectors such as aviation, rail, education, infrastructure, or healthcare
- Proficient in Revit (essential for all roles) and experienced in BIM-led delivery environments
- Skilled communicators with a collaborative mindset, comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Passionate about detail, delivery, and the creation of impactful public architecture
- Motivated to grow within a team-oriented practice that supports professional development and values design rigour
General Role Highlights (Depending on Level)
- Architectural Assistants: Support project teams with design development, drawing packages, and presentations. Contribute to design coordination, model management, and compliance reviews. Strong Revit proficiency required.
- Project & Senior Architects: Lead project stages from concept to completion across major infrastructure and aviation schemes. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality technical packages. Oversee planning, compliance, and multidisciplinary integration.
- BIM Technicians & Coordinators: Support model development, clash detection, and drawing output in Revit. Set up and manage BIM Execution Plans, project standards, and QA processes. Provide in-house support, training, and contribute to digital workflow innovation.
