Our client is hiring exceptional talent in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science to develop world class research that is being applied to the financial markets. We’re looking for a Talent Coordinator who will play a key role in driving recruitment operations across their international offices. You’ll partner closely with European Talent Leads to help deliver a candidate experience that engages and retains exciting and sought-after candidates. This role will provide hands-on exposure to one of the most competitive and high-performing environments in tech, with strong prospects for growth and development.
What you can expect to be getting up to:
- Take ownership of end-to-end coordination for candidate interviews in London, ensuring every step of the process runs seamlessly and professionally.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, including Talent, Legal, and global stakeholders, to support hiring strategy, draft and update employment documents, and drive process alignment.
- Manage and refine recruitment tools and data systems, acting as the local expert on troubleshooting, reporting, and maintaining data integrity.
- Help elevate hiring quality by reviewing interviewer input, ensuring consistency with hiring goals, and encouraging more insightful, actionable feedback.
- Contribute to global talent initiatives, shaping broader recruitment practices and supporting brand-building efforts to attract top-tier candidates.
