My client is one of the UK’s leading and fastest-growing home & wellness brands (ecommerce & retail). We are seeking an analytical, creative, structured, and proactive Digital Marketing Expert to deliver and execute digital strategy across multiple touchpoints, including: Paid Media, CRM & Loyalty and Ecommerce channels. You’ll work closely with the Head of Performance & Digital and Founders, playing a key role in shaping customer journeys, retention, and conversion — with a strong focus on creative strategy, testing, and optimisation.

This role is fully office based - Camden HQ.

The Role

  • Develop and drive creative strategy for paid channels (Google, TikTok, Meta).
  • Brief and work with the graphic and content teams to deliver engaging assets.
  • Run A/B tests on flows, content, and offers; report on performance and optimise accordingly.
  • Develop and execute retention tactics to build long-term customer loyalty.
  • Create differentiated web experiences for different cohorts of customers.
  • Implement and optimise retention-focused features (loyalty, etc).
  • Work on initiatives that improve the post-purchase journey and foster brand loyalty.
  • Support launch & execution of Amazon marketing strategy.
  • Monitor and report on all channel content and performance trends to inform adjustments.

The Person

  • Ideally at least 3+ years’ digital marketing experience, ideally within a high-growth D2C business OR relevant ecommerce brand.
  • Strong track record in developing and executing creative strategy for digital campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of email/SMS platforms and retention best practices.
  • Experience optimising eCommerce sites (Shopify) would be beneficial.
  • Data-driven mindset with confidence in reporting, testing, and insights.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at pace.
  • Hands-on and collaborative; thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Amazon experience (content optimisation, creative execution) is a bonus.
