The Key Account Manager will work with Forvis Mazars Global Business Leaders as part of the Forvis Mazars Global (βnetworkβ) organization, to support business development and strategic account management processes and programs. This newly established role will coordinate with global business leaders and global industry and service line leaders on key accounts, global pursuits and will be responsible for implementing new processes to ensure the network is operating at peak efficiency.
How You Will Contribute:
- Network Operations
- Work with leadership on building out formal key account management processes to support the global network, service lines, and industry committees.
- Coordinate with global business leaders and industry and service groups, to maintain and prioritize a portfolio of strategic named global accounts.
- Assist in the development of a network annual strategy and plan for key account portfolio.
- Account Management
- Work with account leadership teams at the member firms to develop, document and track account growth strategies and progress.
- Conduct company research and intelligence-gathering for named key accounts, including strategic priorities and business issues.
- Assist in building account strategic plans alongside relationship executives, inclusive of relationship mapping of key buyers and decision makers, for relationship development and expansion.
- Facilitate regular account team calls/meetings, coordinating with client service teams, to drive business development activities.
- Coordinate internal preparatory meetings to organize team members for key external client meetings, presentations, and events.
- Coordinate creation of presentations and dashboards for internal committee and board meetings.
- Identify relevant resources, content, events and thought leadership, to bring to named key accounts.
- Track and manage follow-up between meetings and related action items.
- Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and report on account performance (dashboards) by portfolio.
- Understand global pipeline: analyse, track and update CRM pipeline opportunities and activities.
- Contribute to pipeline and sales reporting by facilitating regular global leadership status updates and dashboards.
- Pursuit Support
- Assist in pre-pursuit research and company intelligence gathering for large opportunities.
- Maintain a library of best practice proposals, credentials and qualifications to contribute to active pursuits.
- Collaborate with client service teams on large proposal build out, orals preparation and post-pursuit debriefs.
