The predicted salary is between 72000 - 108000 £ per year.

Our client is on a mission to deliver 10GW of renewable energy, with a significant portion coming from major DCO (Development Consent Order) projects – ranging from 400MW to 800MW in solar and battery storage. As Senior Construction Manager, you’ll take the reins on these nationally significant infrastructure projects – from pre-FID through to full execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the entire construction delivery process
  • Building and managing high-performing project teams
  • Overseeing EPC contractor relationships across PV, BESS, and BoP
  • Managing time, cost, quality, risk, and safety
  • Drafting scopes and PEPs, and preparing ITT packs
  • Leading cross-functional coordination with planning, finance, procurement, and more

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong track record managing complex infrastructure delivery – ideally within renewables
  • Experience with NSIPs, DNO/TNO liaison, and grid code compliance
  • Familiarity with NEC/FIDIC contracts and CDM regulations
  • Skilled in cost, risk, and programme control tools (incl. earned value management)
  • Chartered or equivalent professional qualification (APM PPQ, etc.)
