What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with recruiters and founders to understand hiring needs, ideal candidate profiles, and role context
- Build high-quality pipelines of engineering and technical talent across Europe (Software, ML, Infra, Product, etc.)
- Use advanced sourcing techniques across platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, X, niche forums, alumni groups, etc.)
- Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach messages with a high response rate
- Collaborate on tracking, reporting, and maintaining up-to-date candidate pipelines
- Proactively suggest new search strategies, tools, and channels
- Occasionally support sourcing for commercial roles (Product, Growth, GTM)
Who You Are
- 4+ years of sourcing experience in fast-paced environments (agency, startup, or tech scale-up)
- Prior sourcing work with high-bar tech companies or top-tier startups
- Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and terminology
- Highly organized and self-driven, with a focus on speed and quality
- Strong communication and written English skills
- Experience sourcing for AI, deep tech, or engineering-heavy companies is a big plus
- Comfortable working async across time zones and juggling multiple roles
