The Role: Bill, Grow, Lead
- As a Principal Consultant, you will be the go-to expert in white-collar contracting, driving revenue while shaping the future of our team.
- Own a high-performing desk– Build and manage key client accounts in contracting across Sustainability, Infrastructure, Renewables and Natural Resources.
- Mentor emerging talent – Share best practices and coach junior recruiters.
- Fast-track to leadership – Opportunity to build and lead a team within 12-18 months.
- Close high-value deals – Negotiate contracts, lead client pitches, and manage the full sales cycle.
We Are Looking For:
- 3-6+ years in agency recruitment, with a track record of billing £225K+ annually
- 2+ years Contract desk experience required
- Hunter mentality – Proven ability in business development and client acquisition.
- Sector knowledge: Sustainability, Infrastructure, Renewables, Natural Resources. If not, White collar and adjacent/technical markets required
- Leadership potential– You naturally mentor, motivate, and elevate those around you.
