A leading fashion group of fashion brands is looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Data Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is crucial in managing the end-to-end process of product data creation, maintenance, and delivery across multiple systems. The ideal candidate will be confident working cross-functionally across sourcing, design, and product development teams, and must bring strong organisational and system management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full data lifecycle from SKU creation to product setup across internal systems
- Ensure accurate and timely input of product information, pricing, images, and attributes
- Maintain and update Excel-based buy plans in line with product and sales activity
- Upload and maintain accurate product data within SAP and digital selling tools such as NuORDER
- Liaise with sourcing teams to provide weekly delivery reports, tracking delays and exceptions
- Track all product and design changes to ensure consistency across buy plans and internal systems
- Support seasonal setup and maintenance of the NuORDER platform, ensuring product visibility for internal and external stakeholders
- Create and manage supplier purchase orders in line with customer requirements and internal timelines
- Proven experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
