My client is a London-headquartered consultancy specialising in serving the asset management, wealth management, and insurance sectors, offering strategy, technology, operations, regulatory, and M&A advisory throughout the entire investment value chain. They have more than 15 global offices, delivering highly tailored solutions, such as benchmarking studies, digital transformation, and vendor selection - backed by deep industry expertise and private equity.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidating 4/5 London offices into one Global HQ (London based).
- Working closely with the C-Suite.
- Being able to refit and work with 400-450 people.
- Reporting directly to the Global Head of Operations.
- Being able to manage the end-to-end project of property/office consolidation.
Requirements:
- Experience with office or property/office/real estate acquisitions.
- Previous experience in managing the end-to-end real estate/property/office consolidation cycle.
- 6/7 + years experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Full UK Resident or Citizen.
Compensation:
Depending on experience the salary can range from £80,000 - £120,000 Benefits Package.
