About Zango
At Zango, we’re training AI agents to read and interpret complex regulations—turning regulation into code. In less than nine months since incorporation, we’ve partnered with the world’s largest financial institutions and raised significant backing from top-tier investors. Our mission is to help financial institutions stay ahead of regulatory change, so they can launch new products and expand into new markets 10x faster without hitting compliance bottlenecks.
High impact role
The Founder’s Associate is one of those rare, high-impact roles that can look very different depending on the company, the stage, and the founder. This is not just a "support" role. You will be deeply involved in shaping how we win our next set of enterprise clients, structure go-to-market experiments, and respond to opportunities as they arise. We’ve outlined what the next 6–12 months are likely to look like, but we’re building this plane as we fly it, and you’ll be sitting in the cockpit.

- Accounting, tax and legal (Parent + subsidiaries) (10%)
- Investor relationship (5%)
- Help set up London office, admin (5%)
- Everything else (10%)
Who we are looking for
This one’s really tricky as it’s one of those roles where someone from multiple disciplines can fit into it - Start-up founder, VC, Consultant or financial analyst. We are pretty open about the background of the person as long as they have the skill set and attitude to fit into the role. Someone with at least 2-3 years of work experience.
What should you expect
London-based, 5 days in the office —this is a high-intensity role, and we need everyone in the same room. Competitive salary (£50-£75k) + meaningful stock options.
