The Company
This well reputed company is a long-standing business based in the London Bridge area. They are a mid-sized specialist recruitment business focusing on international hires into mainly Europe and North America. They work with early stage funded clients up to stock market listed clients, providing access to partner top scale brands, collaborating across the business and travelling to meet clients internationally. All directors and managers have been promoted from within, with a strong focus on organic stable growth and strong client partnerships through communities, face-to-face events, and close collaboration with the events and marketing teams.

The Role
You will be hiring IT professionals in Europe. This desk is perm, but they would consider someone converting from contract in a relevant market. The company is also interested if you would like to work in a very senior market as they have an exec search division working retained as well.

The Package
Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant from £30K to £50K base depending on level and billings, past success etc. Commission scheme is uncapped, paying 20% to 30% past a £6K threshold even on existing client accounts. The role involves 4 days in the office per week, 1 from home, with structured career development and a formal training programme for any level of hire. Flexible working hours are also available.

The Requirements
- Experience in 360 recruitment with proven success picking up clients
- More than 2 years recruitment experience is likely
- Ideally, you have hired internationally
- Must be living in the UK, with travel access to the office within a reasonable commute
- IT recruitment experience is essential
- Experience of hiring using LinkedIn as a tool is required
- Ideally, you have used face-to-face events and community tools
- Willingness to travel to Europe to run and take part in events to engage with stakeholders face-to-face
- Must be able and willing to work in the office 4 days a week.
