Temporary Handyman/Maintenance Technician – £15.00ph – Birmingham, B12 Weekly Pay – PAYE – Immediate start 3/4 Days Per Week – 8:00 – 17:00 We are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance/Handyman Technician for our Luxury Residential Apartment client in Birmingham. The client are looking for a temporary member of staff whilst they recruit for the position permanently. Your role is to assist in all maintenance related duties which can include: Undertaking reactive Maintenance tasks to high quality standards including basic plumbing, joinery, and carpentry where necessary. Some painting and decorating – mainly snagging. Moving furniture and heavy items across the buildings.
