As an Operations Support Manager, you will work within the operations team and report into the Operations Director. You will be passionate about events, a foodie, personable, motivated, a team player and driven by providing a 5-star service. Typical activities and responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that all onsite Event Managers have the required paperwork for each event
- Supporting with inputting of supplier purchase orders and corresponding invoices
- Liaising with the staffing partners to ensure that all events have correct resource allocated
- Working with Finance team to ensure that all post event costs are assigned as required
- Liaising with kitchen teams in distribution of event specific allergen information
- Researching for specific items for client specific items
- To support the sales, ops and kitchen teams with planning and running of specific tastings
- Assist operations team with pre-event ordering from approved suppliers
- Opportunity to support on varied and diverse events
The ideal candidate will have:
