What you'll be doing

  • You will be managing the inbound and outbound supply of licensed audio content, overseeing licence, invoice and PO generation, and you will contribute to maximising the revenue generated from audio masters licensing deals.
  • You will be taking responsibility for the casting, recording and production management of assigned imprints/titles, ensuring high quality, cost-controlled, and timely publication of audiobooks.
  • You will provide support, including some administrative support, to the Audio team.

Who we are looking for

  • Previous experience of working in a busy audiobook team, ideally with casting and production experience.
  • Experience of working with a DAM system and Biblio or a similar publishing system.
  • Experience of generating and using scheduling reports using Excel.
  • A proven track record of clear, persuasive communication.
  • A proven track record of multitasking.
  • A proven track record of excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent English language skills and good basic numeracy.

The role will be based at our London office, Carmelite House, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.
