Scheme Delivery Manager – Ipswich – £350–£450/day (Umbrella PAYE negotiable)

Role:

Join the Suffolk Highways team to manage the delivery of multiple planned highways maintenance and improvement schemes. Oversee subcontractors, ensure HSEQ compliance, and maintain project progress and records.

Essential Experience:

  • Highways/road infrastructure delivery
  • Managing multiple workstreams
  • Subcontractor coordination
  • Budget, HSEQ, and programme control
  • Stakeholder liaison (e.g. local authorities)

Requirements:

  • SMSTS or IOSH
  • CSCS card
  • UK driving licence
  • HNC/Degree preferred

Rate: £350–£450/day via umbrella (negotiable)
