Business Systems and Change Delivery Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Systems and Change Delivery Manager to play a pivotal leadership role. Reporting to the IT Director, you will oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of business systems and processes. Leading the Product Management, Projects & PMO, and Salesforce CRM platform teams, you will ensure the effective definition, governance, and delivery of product strategies and roadmaps to achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy:
- Define and implement strategies for business system improvements and change initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets and delivery plans for your teams.
Business Systems Management:
- Align business systems to organizational objectives, ensuring they are reliable, efficient, and scalable.
- Oversee the product management teams to create roadmaps that address customer needs and drive outcomes.
- Plan and manage change delivery through continuous improvement or capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with system security, data integrity, and relevant regulations.
Change Delivery:
- Execute change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver system changes on time and within budget.
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and measure the impact of change initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring business system solutions meet their needs.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Facilitate collaboration between business units, IT, and external vendors.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven leadership in business systems, project, or change management, with 3+ years in a senior role.
- Demonstrable experience in governance frameworks, product lifecycle management, and systems integration.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of managing complex projects and driving measurable business value.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of balancing diverse needs and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Expertise in applying modern frameworks for understanding customer needs and aligning strategies.
Desirable:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or change management (Prosci).
