Conveyancing Team Leader – Manchester – Up to £85,000 DOE
New role to join one of Manchester’s largest law firms with 175 plus employees and they are still growing, showing no signs of slowing down, and as such are now requiring a Conveyancing Team Leader.

What’s in it for you
- Annual salary £60k to £85k DOE
- Commissions and bonuses available – team performance based, e.g. if the team hits 2 out of 5 targets, you will get commissions for 2 x targets hit
- Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
- Office based – however flexibility is available if needed (software set up to work remotely)

What you will be doing
- Managing a team of up to 25 x Case Managers / Fee Earners
- Responsible for own case load of complex files – 50 max
- Training, developing, encouraging, and managing team
- The team does all residential transactions except re-mortgage ones as the firm have a separate team to do those.
- Using company mobile app to speed up process
- Using Proclaim CRM and operate both paperless and paper systems
What you will have
- Be a Licenced Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, or Qualified solicitor
- Have previous experience of managing a team
- Previous experience using a case management system
