About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and expand our Fund Administration business across Northern Europe. Based in London, you will be the commercial driver for growth, building relationships with asset managers, private equity firms, and institutional investors across key markets including Scandinavia, the Nordics, and the Baltics.
What You’ll Own
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on Northern Europe to capture new fund administration mandates
- Lead the sales team (direct reports or dotted line) to deliver ambitious revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and senior decision makers at asset management firms, private equity houses, and institutional investors
- Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing to tailor solutions and propositions aligned with market needs
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, roadshows, and client events across Northern Europe
- Track market trends and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Who You Are
- 7+ years’ sales experience within fund administration, custody, or related financial services
- Deep understanding of Northern European fund markets and regulatory environment
- Proven track record of winning and growing mandates with asset managers and institutional investors across the region
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Willingness to travel regularly within Northern Europe
