Exclusive position has become available for an Export Documentation Clerk to join this interesting agent. You will need to hold a Car/Motorcycle licence due to being required to assist in local offices.

Key responsibilities:

  • Check, certify and issue ATA Carnets, Arab Documents, EC Documents and Customs Documents.
  • Record all sales and report to finance team in line with internal procedures.
  • Be responsible for team stationery and daily maintenance of stock requirements and retrieve and move as necessary.
  • Maintain filing and record systems.

Successful applicant will come from a similar background and have worked in a Freight Documentation environment.

Hours: M-F - 35 Hour week - Hybrid working 3 days.
