Candidate ideally based in or near west London or north west London.

  • Location: London and surrounding areas (Field Based)
  • Hours: 9:00am – 17:30pm plus Overtime + Oncall
  • Salary: Base + company van plus company benefits

We are recruiting for the role of a Field Services Technician who will be responsible for onsite Cabling and Hardware duties at customer sites region wide. Working closely with existing Field Service Technicians and our customers, being part of an excellent team who are progressive, flexible, supportive and logistically advanced.

  • Actively travelling to multiple customer cluster sites
  • Co-ordinate on site cabling and hardware installation duties, working with Core Network and Managed Hosting teams to ensure hardware is correctly deployed and connectivity is tested and reachable remotely.
  • Always maintain a professional and disciplined approach when working within Exponential-e Client Premises, Data Centres & Telephone Exchanges.
  • 3 months in you’ll be up to speed and in full motion of the projects seeing your work to completion in real time.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience with Copper Cabling
  • Full Clean Driving licence
  • Experience in a field-based role
  • Confident with tools
  • Flexible on travel and working away with a “can do” attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Personal Responsibility in delivering Excellence
