The Role:

This is a varied and rewarding administrative position where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in supporting both the office team and wider customer base by delivering a first-class service. Duties include:

  • Handling incoming telephone queries and transferring calls as appropriate
  • Logging and updating customer enquiries and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with site teams and buyers to coordinate delivery schedules
  • Supporting with customer updates, providing both administrative and technical assistance
  • Building positive working relationships with internal and external contacts
  • Providing general office administration and support to the wider team
