This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimator from within the Civils and Utilities sector to join a growing and respected contractor.

YOUR NEW ROLE- Complete tender appraisals
- Prepare price tender submissions
- Lead and mentor the estimating team
- Take-offs from drawings
- Contract requirements and specifications
- Accountable for all tender deliverables, working within the agreed deadline
- Adhering to Health and Safety procedures
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree: Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related topic
- Understanding and working knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Previous experience within the utility industry (MUST HAVE)
- Bidding and securing projects (MUST HAVE)
- Problem solver
- Experience in leading and mentoring
- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects
- Can meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Knowledge of BIM software
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
- Basic salary up to £90,000 (depending on experience)
