This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimator from within the Civils and Utilities sector to join a growing and respected contractor.

YOUR NEW ROLE
  • Complete tender appraisals
  • Prepare price tender submissions
  • Lead and mentor the estimating team
  • Take-offs from drawings
  • Contract requirements and specifications
  • Accountable for all tender deliverables, working within the agreed deadline
  • Adhering to Health and Safety procedures
ABOUT YOU
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree: Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related topic
  • Understanding and working knowledge of construction materials and methods
  • Previous experience within the utility industry (MUST HAVE)
  • Bidding and securing projects (MUST HAVE)
  • Problem solver
  • Experience in leading and mentoring
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects
  • Can meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of BIM software
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence
