We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and making waves in the startup and advisory world.
What’s in it for you?
- You’ll be running the full sales cycle (inbound only—no cold calling here), guiding top-tier advisors and NEDs from demo to close.
- Expect to run around 100 demos a month, all while working with a seriously supportive team that loves to celebrate every win—think regular socials, brunches, and a culture that’s as collaborative as it is competitive.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Engaging and qualifying executive-level prospects using a consultative, relationship-driven approach
- Presenting and selling innovative advisory and subscription programs (including a game-changing “Transition to Portfolio” for NEDs)
- Keeping your pipeline, records, and process sharp so you don’t just hit targets—you smash them
- Collaborating with a team that’s scaling fast, especially in the US, and always open to new ideas and feedback
What makes you a great fit?
- You’ve got 1–3 years’ outbound sales experience (SDR, AE, telesales, or similar).
- You’re resilient, coachable, and hungry for both financial rewards and rapid career progression.
- If you’ve worked with US or international teams, even better.
Why is this team different?
- You’ll be surrounded by ambitious, talented people who genuinely care about making a difference in the startup world.
- The business is small enough for you to work closely with senior leaders and other functions, giving you a holistic understanding of how startups grow.
- You’ll get hands-on learning, cross-functional exposure, and the freedom to shape your own success story.
Perks include:
- Competitive salary and uncapped commission
- Hybrid working (2 days in a vibrant London HQ)
- Annual company trips to top European destinations - ie Split in Croatia this September!
