Plexus is the world’s biggest Web 3, Crypto and Blockchain recruitment company. Founded in London in 2017, we have since grown to 50 heads and opened our Miami office in 2024. We are highly ambitious and plan to continue this progression as we always have done; from the ground up.
Compensation: £26k base plus uncapped commission. No thresholds on commission - you will earn on everything you bill. Up to a 40% commission bracket. 1st Year OTE £35k-£45k+ 2nd Year £50k-£80k+ 3rd Year £80k-£100k+
The role: Manage the full 360 sales cycle, from Business development to closing deals. Finding Clients: market research, lead generation, outreach, pitching, negotiation, relationship building and understanding key needs. Finding candidates: advert posting, headhunting, interviewing, process management. Develop an expert knowledge of the Web 3, Crypto and Blockchain space. Fast track to management and senior leadership.

Who we are looking for: Both Graduates and Non-Graduates considered. Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient. Entrepreneurial experience and Crypto knowledge are not required but are a plus.
