Position Overview: They are seeking a seasoned Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their leadership team. This pivotal role involves overseeing multiple shop fitting and retail fit-out projects, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards, on schedule, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: * Health & Safety Leadership: Champion and enforce health and safety regulations across all projects, fostering a culture of safety and compliance. * Comprehensive Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of multiple shop fitting and retail fit-out projects, anticipating challenges, and implementing effective solutions to ensure seamless delivery. * Strategic Resource Management: Oversee internal teams and external subcontractors, identify skill gaps, and lead recruitment efforts to build a robust workforce. * Client Relationship Management: Serve as the principal liaison with senior client construction managers, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. * Process and System Development: Design and implement efficient systems and processes to ensure consistency, resilience, and scalability across all projects and team members. * Business Development Collaboration: Work closely with the Managing Director to identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding our client base and project portfolio.
