The Odin Recruitment Group are recruiting C+E Nights drivers to support the peak period.
As a minimum you will have:
- a minimum of 12 months recent C+E driving experience
- a maximum of 6 minor points on your licence
- curtain side experience and confident to secure loads using ratchets and straps
Prior to your first shift, there will be an induction involving both a theory test and an accompanied on the road C+E assessment. If successful, you will be put onto a long term rota until, potentially, late November.
There are typically 3 or 4 deliveries or collections each shift. Most, if not all, of the loads are done and secured for you at each drop.
Historically, there have been permanent contract opportunities offered to join our customers fleet, following a successful 13 week training period.
Rate of pay - up to £20 ph. Typical c.50 hours per week. Start of shift - 1700-20.00.
