We are currently recruiting for experienced and professional chargehands for our client based in Cleethorpes. As a Chargehand, you will be responsible for supervising a team of operatives and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to specification. You will act as a key link between the workforce and site supervisors or management.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate a team of operatives on-site.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Report progress and issues to the Site Supervisor or Project Manager.
- Provide hands-on support as needed to ensure deadlines are met.
