JobMatcha are recruiting for an experienced project manager on a new build site in Harlow CM17.
- Key Information:
- 10 Hours per day on site and paid £30 - £32ph
- Location: Harlow CM17 9LS
- 07:30 start
- Start: 17/07/25
- Min 3 Weeks work
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate tasks at requirements stage
- Support the production of Rough order of Costs and deliverability assessments
- Validate scopes and produce project specification documents/SOW
- Procure and organise on site surveys, feasibility studies and early design work
- Obtain design approval and prepare document packs and issue to the contractor market for tender
Project Managers with a background in Construction Project Management are required.
Competencies and Requirements for the Project Manager position:
- Must have Right to Work in the UK
- Must hold a CSCS Black managers card
- Experience as a civil and/or construction Project Manager essential
- Highly Desirable: Chartered membership of Construction/Engineering/Facilities or Project Management and/or equivalent qualifications e.g. MCIOB, M/AssocRICS, MAPM, MCIAT, Prince 2, NEBOSH, IOSH, APM, PMP etc. or equivalent would be a great advantage.
