We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Internal Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting Relationship Managers by co-managing client accounts and ensuring seamless service delivery. Acting as a primary daily point of contact for assigned clients, you will handle inquiries, manage communications, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations. This role enables Relationship Managers to focus on strategic growth, client acquisition, and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities- Client Account Management: Serve as the primary daily contact for clients, managing inquiries, documenting needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Mailbox Management: Take ownership of client email requests, categorise and assign tasks, and escalate critical matters to Relationship Managers as necessary.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service and attend client meetings as required.
- Sales & Opportunity Development: Assist Relationship Managers in promoting Trident's products and services and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate client records, handle service tickets, and manage account documentation.
- Problem Solving & Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client issues are resolved efficiently and escalations are addressed promptly.
- Experience: Proven experience in business-to-business account management or customer-facing roles. Familiarity with IT products and services (preferred but not essential).
- Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Analytical thinking to assess client needs and identify growth opportunities.
