Location: Southwest Yorkshire - You can be based out of either Sheffield, Wakefield or Chesterfield

Up to £60,000 Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) 4 Days On-Site, 1 Day from Home

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable global business and make a real impact, supporting a UK workforce of around 400 employees.

As a true HR Generalist, you will be at the heart of the HR function, providing operational support across the full employee lifecycle. We are looking for someone confident in building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and delivering people-focused HR advice in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. It is a MUST that you are comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in day-to-day HR operations, including tasks like issuing contracts, conducting right-to-work checks, and preparing outcome letters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders across the business
  • Support all areas of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues (strong ER experience essential)
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team on policy implementation and people initiatives
  • Roll up your sleeves and get involved in hands-on operational HR work

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor/Business Partner role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER case management
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a small HR team
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do approach
  • Able to work on-site 4 days per week, with 1 day from home
