DENSO Marston Ltd, based in Shipley, West Yorkshire, is a global leader in high-performance heat exchange units and cooling modules, is on the lookout for a proactive and organised Data & Maintenance Planner to join their fast-paced team, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to dive into the world of maintenance planning and facilities management, where your coordination skills and data analysis expertise will make a real impact on efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence.
Working Hours & Benefits
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00
- Friday: 08:30 - 13:30
- Holiday: 25 days per year + 9 statutory bank holidays

Key Responsibilities
- The management and application of data, specifically to improve the reporting of:
- Energy efficiency.
- Carbon Neutral Status.
- Breakdowns
- Manpower Utilisation.
- Departmental KPI reporting
- Monitoring contract renewal dates with purchasing.
- Scheduling contractor servicing with production
- Some contractor management (dependant on technical requirements)
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Ability to manage own workload delivering tasks in a timely manner
- Possess the determination and perseverance to succeed in a competitive & challenging environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An eye for detail.
- Confident producing reports on data and the delivery of those reports
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills.
