We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Engineer to join our client's technical environment. You will play a key role in supporting and developing the infrastructure, working with a broad range of technologies across cloud, virtualisation, security, and storage. You will have strong all-round technical experience and play a lead role within the technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and administer Microsoft environments
- Manage and maintain server operating systems
- Ensure good security practices are implemented and followed
- Administer Microsoft Azure and Office 365
- Support networking infrastructure with solid understanding of TCP/IP
- Manage storage solutions including NAS, SAN and iSCSI (experience with Nimble and NetApp desirable)
- Administer VMware vCenter environments
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication, maintaining professional relationships with customers and technical teams
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
