We're working with a creative, independent agency that partners with a range of exciting consumer brands - helping them connect with audiences through smart, performance-led digital campaigns. They're looking for a Paid Media Manager to join the team and take the lead on planning, running and optimising multi-channel paid campaigns. This would suit someone who's just as confident in the platforms as they are in presenting ideas and results. You'll have room to shape strategy, own performance, and get stuck into proper end-to-end campaign delivery - not just press buttons.
What you'll be doing:
- Planning and running paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and more
- Ongoing optimisation, testing and reporting to make sure campaigns deliver
- Collaborating with strategy, creative and client services teams
- Supporting and mentoring more junior team members
- Turning data into insights and presenting results in a clear, useful way
